On February 16th, we are officially kicking off Mondays with friend + chef Jay Wolman for a very special Intermission Cassoulet Night! 🦆🇫🇷 Mondays are forever. Cassoulet is one night only.
Cassoulet is a Grigri family favorite from the South of France. Traditionally a winter white bean stew with different off-cuts of meat, Jay’s version is all about DUCK — duck confit + housemade duck sausage. The ducks hail from a local farm, and the wines from Southwest France for the evening.
This $5 ticket acts as a deposit to hold 1 portion of cassoulet and it will go directly to Juntos, a community-led, Latin immigrant organization in South Philly fighting for human rights as workers, parents, youth, and immigrants. Come any time between 5-9 while the kitchen is cranking, and we’ll slide you in somewhere cozy in a timely fashion.

Regular à la carte food items, including some of Jay’s new additions + full bar available all night long. Some orders of cassoulet will be available to walk-ins, too!
Can’t make it in for your cassoulet? Email us bonjour@superettephl.com so your duck can go to another hungry soul. Your $5 is non-refundable and will go to a great cause!
